Please note that we do not offer Easy Refunds on any sale goods.
We only provide Replacement and Refund in the following circumstances:
Replacement product is not available.
We do not allow Return and Refund if:
The box is damaged but the product is in good condition.
Change of mind.
Quality is not as expected.
Not as described.
Replacement is acceptable only under the following conditions:
We only accept replacements within 3 days after delivery.
If the size is too small or too large.
In case of manufacturing defects.
If the product is damaged at the time of delivery (product only).
Wrong goods delivered.*
Wrong quantity delivered.*
*Replacement will be in the same color option only.
*Replacement will be in +1 or -1 size only.
* in case of Wrong goods delivered to you then a video of unboxing should be made to verify your claim.Â
Replacement Process:
SOULGRIP INDIA LLP offers free replacement within 2 days after delivery.
Replacement can be refused if:
Damages are caused to the goods due to negligence or improper usage on the part of the customer.
The product shows signs of wear and tear in any way.
Damages are caused due to misuse of the goods.
Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
Replacement will be initiated only upon receiving the goods. Please allow 12 to 14 days from the day we receive the goods for your replacement request to be processed. You will be contacted once your replacement is complete.

After approval, the pickup of the goods will be arranged through our courier partners.
Please ensure the following while packing your goods for pickup:
Goods should be packed properly to avoid any damages during transit.
Goods should not be used, altered, or tampered with.
Keep the original price tag and packing intact.
Once verified by the SOULGRIP INDIA LLP team, the goods will be replaced and delivered back to you.
Please note that replacement will depend upon the stock availability of goods. If replacement is not possible due to non-availability of stock, then other goods of the same value will be delivered to you, or a refund will be issued, or you will receive web store credit to purchase goods from the website.
